We're growing our creative team and are looking for a skilled cinematographer who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and social trends.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Cinematographer & Video Content Creator who can conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality content tailored for Instagram and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable behind the camera and in post-production, with a strong eye for detail, lighting, and composition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for Instagram and other social platforms.
- Capture professional-grade footage for clients in manufacturing, hospitality, and hotel industries.
- Translate client briefs into compelling visual narratives.
- Keep up-to-date with social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
- Work collaboratively with the Illusiview team to brainstorm, plan, and deliver creative campaigns.
- Ensure all productions meet brand guidelines and deliverables.
- Manage equipment, lighting setups, and technical requirements for shoots.
- Take ownership of projects from ideation to final delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cinematographer, videographer, or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and sound.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Demonstrated experience creating social-first content, especially for Instagram Reels.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to diverse client industries.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; a reliable team player.
- Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- A portfolio or showreel showcasing relevant work is required.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of motion graphics/animation (After Effects or similar).
- Experience with drone videography or photography.
- Familiarity with brand marketing strategies.
