A Survey Helper provides general support to survey crews during land, construction, or mapping surveys. They assist in setting up equipment, marking points, and carrying out tasks necessary to complete fieldwork efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Field Work Assistance:

Carry and set up survey tools and equipment (tripods, levels, rods, etc.).

Hold measuring rods or targets for the Surveyor to take measurements.

Clear brush or debris to access survey lines.

Drive stakes, hubs, or markers into the ground as directed.

  1. Equipment Handling:

Assist in loading/unloading survey gear.

Ensure all tools are cleaned, stored, and accounted for.

Help in the transport of instruments between job sites.

  1. Site Preparation:

Help prepare sites for survey work by marking boundaries or cleaning the area.

Assist with laying out construction sites, roads, or property lines.

  1. Team Collaboration:

Work under the direction of the Surveyor or Crew Chief.

Follow instructions closely to ensure accuracy and safety.

Communicate effectively with team members on-site.

Skills & Qualifications:

High school/ diploma / ITI or equivalent preferred.

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Basic math and measuring skills.

Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.

Dependable and able to work in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
