Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Internal Auditor located in Imphal. The Senior Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting financial audits, preparing audit reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. They will also analyze data to identify financial discrepancies, recommend improvements in internal controls, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding audit findings.

Qualifications

  • Experience in preparing Audit Reports and conducting Financial Audits
  • Strong Analytical Skills and knowledge of Finance
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify discrepancies and suggest improvements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CPA) are a plus
  • Prior experience in the microfinance or banking sector is advantageous
