We are looking for a capable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the end-to-end accounting and finance operations of our company in Imphal Manipur The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles statutory compliance and hands-on experience in financial management preferably within a trading or distribution setup Key Responsibilities 1 Accounting Bookkeeping Manage day-to-day accounting operations sales purchase expenses and journal entries Prepare and maintain ledgers trial balance and final accounts Handle bank reconciliations vendor and customer account reconciliations Ensure proper documentation filing and accuracy of all accounting records 2 Taxation Compliance Prepare and file monthly quarterly GST returns TDS and other statutory compliances Ensure timely payments and accurate filing of statutory dues Coordinate with auditors and consultants for internal external audits Maintain compliance with company accounting policies and local financial regulations 3 Financial Planning Reporting Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports Support management with budgeting forecasting and cost analysis Monitor cash flow accounts receivable and payable cycles Highlight financial risks deviations and recommend corrective measures 4 Coordination Support Coordinate with internal departments Sales Warehouse Operations for billing collections and expenses Liaise with banks vendors and government departments as needed Work with external auditors for year-end audits and ensure timely closure of books 5 Leadership Department Management Independently manage the Accounts Finance Department operations at the Imphal office Supervise and guide any junior accounting or billing staff Ensure smooth functioning and process discipline within the finance department Qualifications Experience Education M Com B Com with DTL CMA CA Inter CA Final or similar qualifications Experience Minimum 3-7 years of experience in accounting and finance preferably in a CA firm or distribution trading company Must have experience in end-to-end accounting Bookkeeping to Finalization Knowledge of Tally ERP Accounting Software MS Excel is essential Should be based in or willing to relocate to Imphal Manipur Immediate joiners preferred Local candidates from Imphal Manipur or nearby only Key Skills Strong analytical and numerical ability Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Integrity reliability and confidentiality in financial handling Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Compensation Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Application Question s Are you based in Imphal Manipur Work Location In person
