Experience Level: 15+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role: We are looking for an experienced and visionary AI/ML Architect to lead the design and deployment of advanced AI solutions, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI and Agentic AI systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and hands-on developmentespecially within the Microsoft ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions using Microsoft Azure, including Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Cognitive Services
- Design Agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, Autogen, and LangGraph to enable autonomous multi-agent workflows
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using Azure AI Search, Azure Cosmos DB, and pgvector for context-aware LLM applications
- Lead the fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment of LLMs (GPT, Phi, Orca, etc.) using Azure ML, MLflow, and Hugging Face on Azure
- Implement LLMOps practices for model lifecycle management using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Terraform
- Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Databricks on Azure
- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications via Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, and Dynamics 365 using Copilot Studio and AI Builder
- Ensure AI systems comply with GDPR, HIPAA, and Microsoft Responsible AI principles
- Communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Mentor and guide technical teams on GenAI and Agentic AI best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture, with proven delivery of production-grade systems
- Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Phi, Orca, etc.) and agentic frameworks (LangChain, Autogen, LangGraph)
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, and DSPy
- Familiarity with Azure AI stack including Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Azure AI Search, and Power Platform
- Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures
- Solid understanding of LLMOps, MLOps, and DevOps practices using Microsoft tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Power Automate
- Familiarity with LangGraph, OpenAI Function Calling, and Toolformer-style architectures
- Exposure to multi-modal AI using Azure Cognitive Vision and Speech Services
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or published research in GenAI
