What You'll Do

Client Ownership
– Manage and nurture relationships with key brand accounts, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and retention.

Campaign Strategy & Execution
– Work closely with clients and internal teams to design, execute, and optimize influencer campaigns that align with brand objectives.

Problem Solving
– Act as the go-to person for client escalations, challenges, or last-minute changes.

Collaboration
– Coordinate with influencer marketing executives, brand partnership teams, and operations to deliver seamless results.

Performance Reporting
– Track, analyze, and present campaign performance insights that drive smarter decisions.

Relationship Building
– Strengthen trust with clients and creators, ensuring long-term associations.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 1–3 years in influencer marketing

Skillset: Strong communication, organizational skills, client-facing confidence, and problem-solving abilities.

Mindset: Ownership-driven, calm under pressure, growth-focused, and excited to learn.

Personality: Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-trust, creative environment where every day is about making impact.
