Premier Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Sales-Regional Head's Office as a Premier Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing a portfolio of HNIs, selling targeted products and services, and generating significant revenue for the bank. Your expertise in coordination, communication, and portfolio management will be crucial in building a strong CASA book and contributing to the bank's success.
Responsibilities
- Acquiring and managing a portfolio of High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs) through targeted acquisition strategies.
- Selling Third-Party Products (TPP) and generating revenue by offering tailored financial solutions to HNIs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with HNIs to ensure long-term business growth and client retention.
- Coordinating with various channels and teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to HNIs.
- Staying updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide HNIs with the best financial solutions.
- Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to the sales team to enhance their acquisition and sales skills.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for HNI acquisition.
- Analyzing and interpreting sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the HNI acquisition process.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies while acquiring and managing HNI portfolios.
- Providing exceptional customer service and building a positive brand image for Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of acquiring and managing high-value clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with HNIs.
- Strong coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams and channels.
- Knowledge of portfolio management and experience in managing a diverse range of financial products.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
