We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Techno-Commercial Executive (Female Preferred) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to generate business leads while managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Enquiries: Identify and approach potential customers to generate leads for all company products.
- Client Meetings: Travel to different locations across India to meet customers, understand their needs, and promote our offerings.
- Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to convert enquiries into sales.
- Sales & Negotiation: Present technical and commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Market Intelligence: Gather customer feedback and market trends to support business growth.
- Reporting: Maintain records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and business opportunities.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: MBA or any graduate with a keen interest in sales & business development.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in Hindi & English.
- Willingness to Travel: Must be comfortable with extensive travel across India.
- Sales-Driven: Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and achieve targets.
- Techno-Commercial Acumen: Basic understanding of technical products/services (training will be provided).
- Self-Motivated: Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
