About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Champion Trainee to manage and support our clients' logistics needs. This role involves day-to-day coordination with customers, transport agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, understanding their requirements and ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Coordinate with transport agencies to arrange trucks, negotiate competitive rates, and finalize mutually agreed costs.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing queries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality services and generating referrals from existing clients.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer payments, addressing concerns and ensuring timely collections.
  • Collaborate with vendors to validate TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) deductions and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales and finance, to align operations and deliver seamless logistics solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Any degree
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or customer coordination will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of logistics operations & customer support
  • Female Candidates Preferred
