Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Civil Engineer
to join our project team. The ideal candidate should have
1–2 years of experience in the solar industry
, with strong knowledge of civil and structural work related to solar installations. The role requires the ability to handle
site management, vendors, and manpower
independently across multiple project locations in India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and execute
    civil work at solar project sites
    including foundation, structure, and trench work.
  • Manage
    site activities, vendors, and workers
    to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain
    daily progress reports, material tracking sheets, and site documentation
    .
  • Ensure all work complies with
    quality, safety, and environmental standards
    .
  • Review and interpret
    civil and structural drawings, layouts, and BOQs
    .
  • Coordinate with
    project and electrical teams
    for smooth workflow at sites.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to execution plans.
  • Use
    AutoCAD
    for basic layout understanding and
    MS Excel
    for reporting and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
    .
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience
    in solar or infrastructure projects (solar experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of
    foundation, mounting structure, and civil construction work
    .
  • Ability to
    manage site operations, vendors, and manpower
    independently.
  • Knowledge of
    AutoCAD
    ,
    MS Excel
    , and
    project documentation
    .
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to
    travel to project sites across India
    .
