The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in civil engineering and a keen eye for quality and finish. This role requires extensive travel to various project sites as needed by the business. Key Responsibilities:Ensure the quality and finish of all civil engineering projects meet the highest standards.Supervise and monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and provide effective solutions.Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement innovative solutions.
