Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a PR & Communications - Management Trainee, located in Gurgaon. The Management Trainee will be involved in day-to-day PR activities, researching and writing content on complex client issues, media outreach, and building relationships with high-value partners.

Responsibilities

The candidate should meet the following requirements:

 Create compelling and strategic content, including press releases, articles, and other materials based on client requirements

 Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists across relevant media outlets.

 Pitch client stories and secure media coverage, ensuring positive visibility for clients in targeted publications.

 Monitor and analyse media coverage, generate regular coverage reports, trackers, dossiers and WIP updates

Qualifications:

 Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any social sciences subject, Journalism or Communication.  Desirable qualifications: Internship experience in a PR or Media platform handling diverse clients.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

 Understanding of public relations principles and media landscape

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
