Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the editorial team to produce high-quality content
  • Oversee the editing, proofreading, and publication processes
  • Ensure content meets brand standards, tone, and style
  • Coordinate with writers, designers, and other departments
  • Manage editorial calendars, deadlines, and workflow
  • Mentor junior editors and contribute to team development
  • Make final content decisions with precision and insight

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in editorial roles
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience at a leading publishing company (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and team management skills
  • Creative thinker with sharp editorial judgment
