We Are Looking For:

An experienced Finance Controller who will play a key role in building and maintaining financial systems and processes. This role involves developing and managing MIS reports, understanding and analysing unit economics from contribution margin to EBITDA, and collaborating across departments, including inventory and operations, to ensure financial efficiency and growth.

Skills and Experience:

Detailed reporting system across Tally and MIS - Proficiency in creating and managing MIS reports, using tools like Power BI or Excel.

Tally reporting

Unit Economics: Deep understanding of financial metrics from CM1, CM2, to EBITDA level.

Business Operations: Experience in execution across different business verticals, such as inventory or operations, loss control, profit maximising.

Statutory compliance GST, TDS, PT

Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a relevant role in business finance
