We are looking for a skilled Front Desk Manager to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott, with 5-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Supervise and train front desk staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient room preparation and guest services.
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions.
- Implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in front desk management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications relevant to front desk operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
