About the Role

We are hiring a detail-oriented
Junior Accounts Executive

to support daily accounting tasks including
Tally operations, purchase entries, and claim processing

. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on with accounting software and eager to grow in a structured accounting role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting entries in
    Tally ERP

.
- Process and verify
purchase bills, claims, and vendor payments

.
- Maintain records of all financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate documentation and filing of invoices and claims.
- Coordinate with internal departments for purchase and claim clarifications.
- Maintain and update petty cash entries.
- Support senior accountants in audits and compliance work.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in
    Tally ERP

.
- Good understanding of claims, purchase documentation, and invoice processing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS entries is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other basic accounting tools.
- Should be reliable, responsible, and organized.
