Key Responsibility Areas
1) Prime responsibility would ensure smooth working of Investment Back Office from morning Cash Flows to daily EOD activities
2) Ensure compliance of all regulatory and internal guidelines on day-to-day basis related to deal settlement for all type of assets classes
3) Updation and implementation of SOP Back Office
4) Managing various Investments Audits and ensure its smooth closures with Nil observation
5) Liaising with Banks, Custodian, Auditors & Vendors
6) Strengthening of MIS and share its analytical; & data / MIS for Board and its Committees
7) Carrying out month / quarter end accounting & Investment schedules
8) Ensure smooth working of Investment System and carrying out UAT for new requirements.

Desired
Qualification
Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance
Advanced Excel Skills and writing Macros is desirable
Experience
Experience of 2-3 years in Life Insurance industry in relevant Investment Operations function
Others
Understanding of Concurrent Audit Checklist - as per Technical Guide issued by ICAI in consultation of IRDAI
