Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all on-site civil work as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and the project management team.
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain daily site reports, labor logs, and material usage records.
  • Ensure proper site layout, leveling, and surveying before execution.
  • Check and verify quantities of materials used and ensure minimal wastage.
  • Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with health & safety guidelines.
  • Support in project billing, measurements, and quantity estimation.
  • Identify potential delays and proactively report issues to project management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in 
    Civil Engineering
    .
  • 2–8 years of 
    hands-on site supervision
     experience (residential, commercial, or infrastructure).
  • Strong understanding of 
    RCC, structural drawings, and finishing work
    .
  • Proficiency in 
    AutoCAD
    , MS Excel, and report documentation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage teams effectively.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in 
    RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and foundation works
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    IS codes, QA/QC procedures
    , and local building regulations.
  • Prior experience with 
    contractor or developer-side execution
     is an advantage.
