O&M Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement O&M strategies, procedures, and schedules.
  • Plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with project SLAs, regulatory, and safety norms.

Team Management

  • Lead and manage site O&M teams across multiple locations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and technical training for the team.
  • Develop SOPs and ensure adherence across sites.

Monitoring & Performance Optimization

  • Monitor plant performance using SCADA and remote monitoring systems.
  • Analyze performance data to identify inefficiencies and take corrective action.
  • Work to maximize generation and improve Performance Ratio (PR) and CUF.

Technical Operations

  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and communication system faults.
  • Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for equipment servicing and AMC.
  • Ensure availability of critical spares and inventory management.

Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce strict safety practices (HSE standards) at all solar plant sites.
  • Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliance related to plant operations.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly O&M performance reports.
  • Maintain plant logbooks, failure analysis reports, and maintenance records.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Interface with DISCOMs, SLDC/ALDC, and regulatory bodies.
  • Support the finance and commercial teams in OPEX planning and cost optimization.Role & responsibilities
