Cold Calling Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Cold Calling Executive with experience in outbound B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and assisting in sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to key decision-makers in engineering and technical sectors.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, cold calls, and follow-ups.
- Set up appointments for sales teams with prospective clients.
- Develop tailored sales pitches for different client needs.
- Assist in quotation & proposal generation.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services based on client's requirements.
- Maintain records and track progress using CRM tools.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in Engineering or Technical Sales (preferred).
- Strong market research and lead qualification skills.
- Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections & build relationships with B2B clients.
- Experience in CRM tools & sales documentation is a plus.
