Assistant Manager – New Business
to lead global sales initiatives, support senior leadership, and build meaningful client relationships across markets.

What You'll Do

  • Drive
    international sales processes
    — identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities across global markets.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with UK/US clients, delivering solutions that exceed expectations.

  • Support senior management with executive tasks — presentations, reporting, follow-ups, and strategic planning.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business proposals, tenders, and client onboarding.

  • Leverage technology and CRM tools to track pipelines, generate insights, and automate workflows.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industries, and trends to fuel business growth.

  • Assist in managing key client relationships and ensure smooth transitions to operational teams.

  • Keep client data and projects organized, ensuring seamless execution and communication.

What We're Looking For

  • At least
    1 year of experience
    in
    international sales processes
    (B2B preferred; services sector is a plus).

  • Proven experience in
    executive or business support roles
    , working with global clients.

  • Exposure to
    sales operations
    , proposals, or tender management.

  • Tech-savvy mindset — comfortable with
    CRM systems, productivity tools, and digital platforms
    .

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, confidence, and a proactive attitude.

  • Ready to start immediately and excited to grow within a dynamic business.
