Assistant Manager – New Business
to lead global sales initiatives, support senior leadership, and build meaningful client relationships across markets.
What You'll Do
Drive
international sales processes
— identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities across global markets.Build and nurture strong relationships with UK/US clients, delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
Support senior management with executive tasks — presentations, reporting, follow-ups, and strategic planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business proposals, tenders, and client onboarding.
Leverage technology and CRM tools to track pipelines, generate insights, and automate workflows.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industries, and trends to fuel business growth.
Assist in managing key client relationships and ensure smooth transitions to operational teams.
Keep client data and projects organized, ensuring seamless execution and communication.
What We're Looking For
At least
1 year of experience
in
international sales processes
(B2B preferred; services sector is a plus).Proven experience in
executive or business support roles
, working with global clients.Exposure to
sales operations
, proposals, or tender management.Tech-savvy mindset — comfortable with
CRM systems, productivity tools, and digital platforms
.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, confidence, and a proactive attitude.
Ready to start immediately and excited to grow within a dynamic business.
