We're Hiring: Marketing & Field Test Engineer (Farm Machinery & Equipment)

We're looking for a passionate and field-oriented
Marketing & Field Test Engineer
to join our growing team at
Agrilectric
— where technology meets the soil.

If you're driven to work hands-on with farmers, understand agricultural machinery, and bring real impact to the field, this role is for you.

Eligibility :

  • B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering or similar
  • Freshers or candidates with up to
    1 year of experience
    are welcome

Job Role :

  • Marketing and promotion of
    farm machinery & equipment
  • Conducting
    field demonstrations, trials, and training sessions
    with farmers and clients
  • Collecting
    on-ground feedback
    to assist technical and R&D teams
  • Supporting
    product performance analysis and improvement
  • Coordinating with dealers, distributors, and government departments when required

    competitive salary of ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month
    (based on experience & performance)
