About Us - We are an innovative aerospace company dedicated to precision, performance, and excellence. Our facility near Chikkabanvara, Bangalore, is looking for a dynamic and energetic Back-End Office Executive to support our growing operations.

Role Overview- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Back-End Office Executive below 35 years of age who can manage administrative and financial back-office functions efficiently. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, quick to learn, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Handle day-to-day office administration and documentation.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure a smooth flow of information.
  • Manage data entry, record keeping, and file maintenance in both digital and physical formats.
  • Support billing, invoicing, and coordination with vendors and clients.
  • Assist in preparing reports, maintaining ledgers, and updating Tally entries.
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation related to purchases, payments, and transactions.
  • Coordinate for GST, tax filing, and statutory documentation with the accounts team.
  • Manage sales coordination, including typing, correspondence, and follow-ups.
  • Handle payroll support, attendance records, and related back-end activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
  • Support management with audit and compliance documentation.
  • Desired Candidate ProfileAge below 35 years.
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in back-office operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new processes.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration.
