Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Meta Ads Specialist with 1.5 to 3 years of experience. The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. The role involves analyzing data, conducting A/B testing, and staying updated with Meta's advertising platform changes and policies. The role also includes collaborating with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Meta platform advertising, campaign management, and optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and performance tracking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to stay updated with industry trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
  • Experience in the athleisure or activewear industry is a plus
