Job Title: Lead & Team Manager HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Chennai (Night Shift) & Trichy (Day Shift)

Shift Timings: US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM & 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) – 5 days a week

Gender Requirement: Female candidates only

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead & Team Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead our HRBP team and partner closely with business leaders to drive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's objectives. The role requires working in US shifts and managing a team to deliver exceptional HR support and services in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR Business Partners ensuring high performance and effective collaboration.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, understanding their goals and providing actionable HR insights and solutions.
  • Drive talent management processes including workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Lead initiatives on diversity, equity, and inclusion to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Partner with recruitment teams to meet hiring needs in alignment with business growth.
  • Oversee HR analytics and reporting to monitor HR KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support organizational change management initiatives and communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Ensure adherence to all HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in handling US shifts and working within US healthcare or similar regulated industries is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a remote or hybrid team effectively (if applicable).
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.

Work Schedule & Location:

  • Must be available to work in the US shifts: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM & 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM.
  • Mandatory Work From Office (WFO) – 5 days a week.
