Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support across all areas of HR and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a 20-month contract position, covering a maternity leave.
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Ensure strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee issues
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Provides essential administrative support and logistical coordination to various HR programs, processes and initiatives
- Prepare HR related documents such as employment letters, contracts, and reports
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years working experience as an HR administrator role or similar
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
