Job Description

: Human Resources Administrator (20 Month Contract)

Department: Human Resources
Location: Burlington, ON, Canada

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support across all areas of HR and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a 20-month contract position, covering a maternity leave.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
  • Ensure strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee issues
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Provide essential administrative support and logistical coordination to various HR programs, processes, and initiatives
  • Prepare HR related documents such as employment letters, contracts, and reports
Must Haves:
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years working experience as an HR administrator role or similar
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Location: Burlington, Ontario (in-office position)
Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
