Key Responsibilities:

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization.
  • Improve website rankings and organic traffic through technical SEO and content optimization.
  • Build high-quality backlinks and manage off-page SEO strategies.
  • Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.

SMO (Social Media Optimization):

  • Manage and grow brand presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Develop engaging social media content calendars aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Increase followers, engagement, and community interactions organically.
  • Monitor trends, insights, and competitors to keep content fresh and relevant.

Google Ads (PPC):

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and ad copy to maximize ROI.
  • Track and report performance metrics with actionable insights.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (SEO, SMO & Google Ads).
  • Hands-on experience with
    Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and SEMrush/Ahrefs
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    keyword research, content optimization, and ad campaign structures
    .
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging social media content.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Certification in Google Ads / SEO tools (preferred but not mandatory).
