Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms for property analysis and evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain AI-based applications that provide insights into real estate markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and evaluate project feasibility.
  • Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and tools to enhance our capabilities.
  • Prepare and present technical documentation and reports on AI developments and findings.
  • Monitor and retrain AI models to ensure accuracy and relevance over time.
  • Assist in integrating AI systems with existing software infrastructure and databases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with relevant libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience with data analysis and data visualization tools, such as Pandas and Matplotlib.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying models.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
