Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue by converting leads, building client relationships, and promoting our fitness and wellness offerings. You will serve as a brand ambassador, educating prospects on the value of our services and helping them select the best solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online inquiries
  • Conduct consultations and product/service demos for potential clients
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with members and clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up communication
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and member engagement
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
  • Stay up-to-date on fitness/wellness industry trends and competitor offerings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, wellness etc.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales tracking tools
