Visa Sales representative

Job Overview:
We are looking for energetic and persuasive call center professionals to join our Visa & Immigration Sales team. Your main responsibility is to connect with potential candidates interested in working abroad — in Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, and European countries — explain our visa assistance services, and convert them into successful clients.
This is a target-driven role that rewards excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build trust over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided lead lists or inquiries.
Explain overseas work opportunities and the visa assistance services offered.
Listen carefully to understand customer goals, eligibility, and preferred destinations.
Convince interested candidates to register for paid consultation or documentation services.
Maintain call records, update CRM, and follow up with warm leads daily.
Handle objections politely and provide accurate information on process timelines and fees.
Meet weekly and monthly conversion and revenue targets.
Provide top-quality customer experience and represent the company professionally at all times.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in telesales, immigration consultancy, BPO, or similar role.
Excellent verbal communication in English (additional languages a plus).
Strong persuasion, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in handling high-volume outbound calls.
Target-oriented attitude with good follow-up discipline.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage experience preferred.
