Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Innovation Partnerships

Objective: Drive new product development, strategic partnerships, and process innovation to support business growth.

  • Lead product innovation initiatives from concept to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain the Product Roadmap, aligning with business goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and partners to enhance product capabilities.
  • Manage Product Partnerships, including negotiations, SLAs, and performance tracking.
  • Support Pre-Sales activities for partnership-driven products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Marketing, Operations, Compliance) to ensure seamless product rollouts.

Deliverables:

  • Quarterly Product Innovation Roadmap Report
  • Vendor Evaluation and Partnership Tracker
  • Pre-Sales Support Report

2. Product Audit Compliance

Objective: Ensure product quality, operational compliance, and vendor accountability across all platforms.

  • Conduct regular product testing, audits, and quality checks on all digital platforms.
  • Monitor vendor compliance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and regulatory standards.
  • Manage product alerts (including wallets and balance management).
  • Oversee account management and fraud transaction monitoring.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve compliance or performance issues.

  • Monthly Product Audit Report
  • Vendor Compliance Performance Dashboard
  • Wallet Balance Fraud Transaction Tracker

Qualifications Experience:

  • Education: MBA preferred, or a bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3–7 years in product management, operations, or technology-driven environments.
  • Prior entrepreneurial or startup experience is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to product launches, audits, and quality control processes.

  • Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of technology platforms and digital product ecosystems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Ownership mindset with ability to work independently.
