Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a video editor. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Video Editor
who specializes in
reels and short-form content.
You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into highly engaging, fast-paced reels that capture attention and align with our client's brand style.

Qualifications

  • Edit reels and short-form videos from episode recordings, interviews, podcasts, or long-form sessions.
  • Identify standout moments from episodes and convert them into compelling, high-retention reels.
  • Use
    Adobe Premiere Pro
    (and other tools if necessary) to deliver clean, professional-quality edits.
  • Add text overlays, captions, transitions, sound design, and creative effects suitable for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with the content team to maintain consistent branding, pacing, and storytelling.
  • Optimise content for platform-specific formats, trends, and algorithms.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to understand vision, deadlines, and feedback.
  • Stay updated on emerging reel trends, editing styles, and viral content formats.
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry and its marketing needs is a plus
  • Expertise in Premier Pro and canva

Requirements

  • Proven experience editing reels or short-form videos (portfolio required).
  • Strong proficiency in
    Adobe Premiere Pro
    (After Effects knowledge is a plus).
  • Excellent understanding of Instagram video trends.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
  • Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a strong sense of pacing and storytelling.
