Position Overview:

As a co-founder, you will work closely with the existing founding team to shape the future of Bookxpert. You will be instrumental in defining the company's strategy, building the product, and fulfilling customer's expectations. This role is not just a job; it's an opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision: Collaborate with the founding team to define and execute the company's long-term vision, strategy, and business model.

  • Service Development: Lead the Ideation & Implementation of our SOPs in line with customers' requirements.

  • Team Building: Help recruit, hire, and retain top talent. Build and lead a strong, motivated, and effective team.

  • Fundraising: Play a key role in securing seed funding and subsequent rounds. Develop investor pitch decks, meet with potential investors, and manage investor relations.

  • Assist the Sales & Marketing Team in deal finalization.

  • Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the company runs efficiently and effectively.

  • Financial Management: Work with the founding team to manage the company's budget, financial planning, and cash flow.

  • Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships that can accelerate growth.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant with at least 3 years of experience.

  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Fundraising: Experience in fundraising and managing investor relations is a plus.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Ability to adapt and pivot as necessary.
