We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on CMDB data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules and be able to effectively design, develop, and maintain CMDB configurations.

Key Responsibilities:CMDB Data Management:

Design, develop, and maintain CMDB configurations to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Enrich CMDB data through automation and integration with other systems

Analyze CMDB data to identify gaps and inconsistencies

Implement data quality checks and validation rules

ITOM Process Automation:

Automate ITOM processes using ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and integrations

Develop custom applications to enhance ITOM capabilities

Optimize ITOM workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort

ITSM Integration:

Integrate CMDB with other ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.) to enable seamless workflows

Develop custom integrations to synchronize data between systems

Reporting and Analytics:

Create custom reports and dashboards to visualize CMDB data

Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Provide insights to IT operations teams to support decision-making

Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:

Troubleshoot CMDB and ITOM issues

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks

Provide technical support to end-users

Required Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development

Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, and ITSM modules

Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Script Includes, etc.)

Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policies

Knowledge of ITIL processes

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer)

Experience with ServiceNow integration with other systems

Knowledge of data modeling and database design
