Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Quality Professional to lead and ensure end-customer satisfaction, compliance with quality standards, and excellence across manufacturing processes. The role involves managing quality systems, driving process improvements, and ensuring adherence to international standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements (Fit & Function).
  • Lead and maintain Quality Management Systems (IATF 16949 / ISO).
  • Monitor and improve manufacturing processes including Laser Cutting, Robotic Welding, Assembly, Powder Coating, and Jack Assembly.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and SOPs.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and corrective action plans.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through effective quality control and problem-solving.
  • Ensure strong shop-floor quality and effective customer interaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve zero-defect production.

Key Skills & Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO standards.
  • Experience in Laser Cutting, Robotic Welding, Assembly, Powder Coating, Jack Assembly.
  • Welding Fixture & CMM knowledge.
  • Excellent shop-floor quality management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills.
  • Hands-on customer-facing experience in a manufacturing environment.
