Hi Aspirants,

Endurance Technologies Ltd. is conducting a special recruitment drive for female candidates in our Quality Department at our Chakan (Pune) location. We are seeking professionals who have hands-on experience in Machine Shop Quality.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with one of Indias leading automotive component manufacturers, focused on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

Location:

Chakan, Pune

Experience Required:

4 to 8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality checks and inspections on machined components
  • Handle in-process and final quality assurance in a machine shop environment
  • Conduct root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA)
  • Support internal and external audits (IATF/ISO)
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure product quality
  • Maintain quality documentation and reports

Candidate Requirements:

  • Gender: Female candidates only
  • Experience: 4 to 8 years specifically in Machine Shop Quality
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering
  • Knowledge of measurement tools (vernier, micrometer, CMM, etc.)/ In Process quality
  • Good understanding of quality tools 7QC, FMEA, PPAP, etc.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Important Note:

Only candidates with relevant experience in Machine Shop Quality will be considered.
