About the Role

We are hiring a highly experienced Senior Programmatic Trader with strong hands-on DSP experience. This role focuses on campaign execution, optimization, strategy, troubleshooting, and delivering performance across Display, Video, and CTV.

Candidates with only ad operations, trafficking, or tag management experience will not qualify.

We need someone who has managed full-funnel programmatic buying and consistently delivered against strict KPIs.

ResponsibilitiesDSP Campaign Management

  • Execute full end-to-end campaigns in DSPs such as TTD, DV360, Beeswax, etc.
  • Optimize toward KPIs including CPA, CTR, CPCV, Reach, and custom objectives.
  • Troubleshoot pacing, delivery issues, and underperformance.
  • Manage frequency caps to balance reach and performance.

Data-Driven Targeting & Optimization

  • Use 1P, 3P, contextual, and platform data for advanced targeting strategies.
  • Build strategies for niche or limited-scale audiences.
  • Analyze platform reporting to guide continuous optimization.

Supply & Exchange Expertise

  • Evaluate SSPs, exchanges, and inventory sources based on performance.
  • Apply supply-path optimization techniques for quality and efficient delivery.
  • Identify issues like floor prices or supply bottlenecks and adjust accordingly.

Creative Problem-Solving

  • Diagnose performance issues using data-based insights.
  • Form hypotheses, test new approaches, and document learning.
  • Recommend new tactics, targeting mixes, and bidding strategies.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Client Services to convert client KPIs into actionable strategies.
  • Train and upskill internal teams on DSP best practices and optimization methods.
  • Communicate clearly the logic behind trading decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on programmatic trading experience.
  • Strong experience across Display, Video, and CTV campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of bidding strategies, pacing algorithms, and auction dynamics.
  • Experience using analytics dashboards and attribution tools.
  • Deep working knowledge of frequency management, audience planning, pixels, and event setup.
  • Familiarity with SSPs, exchanges, and supply path optimization.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with regulated or privacy-focused verticals (health, finance, etc.).
  • Knowledge of curated marketplaces, private deals, and custom supply setups.
  • Exposure to log-level data workflows or advanced measurement.
