We are looking to expand our Product team at Scapia

Focus areas:


As a Product Manager at Scapia, you will be responsible for building delightful products that help Scapia users travel more and better. This role offers high ownership and autonomy, enabling you to drive from the front, build innovative products and deliver business impact and create user delight.

What we'd love you to exhibit:

Champion customer needs: Deeply understand user behavior and pain points, proactively translating them into impactful product solutions that enhance the travel experience.

Make data-Backed Decisions: Analyze product performance and user interactions to uncover insights that guide strategic improvements and innovation.

Own execution & delivery: Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure seamless product launches and iterations.

Shape the product roadmap: Continuously refine the product, balancing bold new ideas with practical enhancements that improve user experience and business impact.

We'd love to meet you if you:

Have 6-8 years of product management experience building great consumer-facing products

Are fluent in both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Are proficient in querying data, using analytics tools, and running A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and measure product impact

Have deep understanding of user experience and design principles, ensuring products are both functional and delightful

Are proficient in conducting user research, gathering qualitative insights, and translate them into actionable product improvements.
