Emergency Planning and Response Support
• verifying roster employees and contact information
• make changes to the roster membership as requested by EPR leadership
• query TalentHub and/or employee regarding completed and expired training
• submit and track Human Resource Service Center requests for external training to be uploaded to TalentHub
• and regular communication of updated roster to EPR leadership.
•
General Administration
• Support coding and tracking of invoices
• Enter Safety Certificate information into the Health and Safety Dashboard
• Work with project managers to get updated project forecasts compiled in one location
• Assist with personal protective equipment cost tracking
• Ensure administrative systems operate effectively within the Office and staff at all levels are appropriately involved and informed of any system changes.
• Maintain Stantec's Global Data Management.
Integrated Management System (Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Management systems and standards)
• Plan and execute work in a safe and acceptable manner.
• Undertake all activities in a responsible and professional manner ensuring all work is completed in line with Stantec Core Values and established administrative processes.
• Complete other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Business Center Team Leads.
