Position Sr Project Management PMO

Location- Noida/ Bangalore – Hybrid

Shift – Rotational Evening / Night

Job Description

Domain Knowledge- Wireline ,Fibre Optics Or Wireless.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

1. Manage all aspects of projects, groups of related projects, or portions of Enterprise projects throughout the entire lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close). 2. Define project scope and objectives, secure appropriate resources, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion.

2. Ensure control of projects by effectively managing conflicting priorities, escalations, issues, risks, dependencies, and change management.

3. Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards.

4. Communicate project details effectively to stakeholders.

5. Coach and mentor team members in project/program management methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Lean Redesign, ).

Financial Management:

1. Oversee cost controls at the Initiative and Investment Group (II & IG) levels.

2. Ensure Project, II & IG level financial profile compliance/follow-up per EQ.

3. Report on financial performance, variance, and remedial action required at II & IG levels.

4. Manage the quarterly budget profile with PMs and Planning (PPx/EQx).

5. Manage monthly variance with PMs; present CAP and EXP summaries at CMT calls.

6. Manage QEMR, Capital Triage & YEMR processes provide financial estimates as required.

7. Manage all financial program reporting ad hoc requirements.

Strategic Program Management:

1. Manage high-profile projects as required.

2. Attend and prepare for various steering committee meetings and status updates.

Scorecard Metrics Management & Reporting:

1. Manage PMO Program Updates (monthly) – PMO Scorecard, Cross-Functional Scorecard, Dashboard.

2. Create "Get to Green" plans and present at the National Build call.

3. Oversee and follow up on team performance regarding AUC, Hardstop, stale commitments, stale reservations, NISR ONA, and Cycle time.

4. Provide weekly/monthly strategic updates.

5. Provide Full Monty Updates at Director's & VP's Steering Committees. Process Improvements:

6. Lead process improvement initiatives as assigned (e.g., pulse check improvement plans, stale reservations & commitments, AUC Process, project closure).

7. Define and drive opportunities of improvement that can be improved through Automation and AI

8. Act as SAP and Master Workflow/Appian Champions.

PM Support:

1. Host interlock meetings with PMs and stakeholder teams as required. 2. Address ad hoc requests for support by PMs.

2. Provide training – one-on-one training or team presentations.

3. Manage New PM Onboarding.

4. Follow up on scorecard, capital triage, cross-functional scorecard, strategic initiatives, escalations, and dashboard metrics.

5. Coach and mentor project team members.

6. Contribute to the development of a collaborative, engaged, and consultative culture within the PMO team.

7. Manage PMO Team recognition and Team Building activities.

8. Collaborate with other Senior PMs Leaders to share PM learnings and best practices. 10.

Manager Support and Coverage:

1. Provide PMO Manager support and coverage as needed.

2. Manage the PMO Team's specific Google Drive and upload documents as required Manage escalation to ensure critical issues are highlighted and addressed in a timely manner.

Technical or Job-Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA):

1. Project management methodologies, principles, and practices.

2. Ability to work effectively with various levels of management and cross-functional teams.

3. Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. 4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

4. Excellent working knowledge of Google Workspace applications (G-Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gemini, Looker Studio, etc.).
