Job Title: Sales Manager – Transformer Division

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for our Transformer Division. This role involves managing key accounts, identifying new opportunities, and achieving sales targets for transformer products across industrial, utility, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of distribution, power, and different-types of transformers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and channel partner relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and handle end-to-end sales processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for solution delivery and customer support.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years in transformer or electrical equipment sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge of transformer products and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
