Job Title: Sales Executive (Hybrid – office + Field)

Location: Fort, Mumbai

Timings: Field Sales Role (Reporting to office daily)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives + Cash Bonus + Travel Allowance + Mobile Allowance

About the Role: WENS FORCE is looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role involves meeting clients on-field, presenting company services, finalizing deals, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams. Ideal candidates should be passion for sales, good communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit clients on-field across Mumbai (Thane + Navi Mumbai) to present and promote company services
  • Generate new business opportunities and meet monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of services
  • Handle client payments (including cash collections if required) and maintain accurate records
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Maintain daily sales reports and communicate updates to management
    • Support day-to-day office operations when required
  • Requirements:
  • Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)
  • Candidates from South Mumbai area will be given preference
  • Must be fluent in Hindi and Marathi (English is an added advantage)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Must be comfortable with field sales and client meetings
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented personality
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship-building ability
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated & confident personality
