Role Overview

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in property maintenance and vendor coordination. The role involves both office and on-site work, requiring strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand property maintenance requirements and ensure timely execution
  • Estimate and verify material costs for repair/maintenance works
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality checks
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure work meets required standards
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely completion of tasks
  • Communicate and explain billing details to customers when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Strong knowledge of building materials and cost estimation
  • Ability to evaluate work quality and manage vendors effectively
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Willingness to travel locally for site inspections
