Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager located in Coimbatore. The Product Manager will oversee the development and lifecycle of our products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather and prioritize product requirements, define product vision, and ensure solutions meet market needs. This role involves closely monitoring industry trends, maintaining the product roadmap, and contributing to the strategic direction of our product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Experience in product management, including product lifecycle management and developing product strategies
  • Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving project execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with advanced technologies such as IoT, robotics, AR, VR, and video analytics
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly those tailored for small-scale enterprises
  • Understanding of market research, customer needs assessment, and competitive analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the technology or software industry is highly desirable
