Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Customer Service Team Lead. The Customer Service Team Lead will oversee daily customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer support initiatives, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Tasks include leading and mentoring the customer service team, handling escalated customer queries, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to improve overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Management and Customer Support skills
- Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering excellent Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills
- Leadership abilities and experience in mentoring teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
