What You'll Do:

  • Digital Campaign Management:
    Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and more to meet client objectives.
  • Analytics & Insights:
    Use tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager to monitor performance, extract insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Content & Creative Strategy:
    Work with creative teams to craft ad copies, visuals, and messaging that resonate with audiences and drive conversions.
  • Audience Targeting:
    Identify, segment, and refine target audiences using data-driven strategies for better campaign outcomes.
  • Stay Updated:
    Keep up with the latest marketing trends, platform changes, and technology tools to ensure campaigns are efficient and effective.
  • Problem Solving & Execution:
    Think on your feet, quickly troubleshoot issues and pivot strategies based on real-time results and client feedback.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with internal teams and clients to align goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring seamless campaign execution.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong data-driven mindset, comfortable in analyzing metrics and making recommendations.
  • A creative eye for messaging, storytelling, and campaign design.
  • Organized, proactive, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious about AI experimentation and its impact on marketing innovation.
