Job Description:

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a Service Delivery Strategist to drive alignment between Customer & Partner Services Delivery and HPE Business Units (BUs). This role ensures that service delivery strategies—particularly for Complete Care, GreenLake Flex, and end-to-end Partner Delivery—are fully integrated into BU plans and product roadmaps.

The strategist will act as a trusted advisor, bridging operational delivery and business strategy to enable seamless execution, scalability, and customer success. This position requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • BU Interlock & Strategic Alignment
    • Serve as the liaison between Services Delivery and BUs to ensure alignment with HPE's customer and partner delivery strategy.
    • Embed Complete Care, GreenLake Flex, and Partner Delivery requirements into BU planning and solution design.
  • Service Delivery Strategy Development
    • Analyze BU roadmaps and identify opportunities to optimize delivery models and capabilities.
    • Recommend strategies to close gaps in delivery readiness and improve customer experience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build strong relationships with BU leaders, account teams, and delivery organizations to ensure consistent execution.
    • Support governance processes to track alignment and performance against strategic objectives.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement
    • Contribute to transformation initiatives that modernize delivery models and leverage automation and digital tools.
    • Ensure strategies support scalability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence across all service offerings.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) or Business Administration with technology focus.
  • 12+ years of experience, with at least 5 years of experience in progressive leadership roles.
  • Proven experience and expert portfolio knowledge of HPE Services, or relevant aaS Product Strategy/Product Management experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into delivery plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple functions.
  • Understanding of IT service delivery models, lifecycle management, and customer success methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Complete Care, GreenLake Flex, and Partner Delivery frameworks.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in IT service delivery, with a strong track record of executing delivery strategies and aligning service operations with business unit objectives in a complex, global organization.
  • Certifications in ITIL, Service Management, or Project Management are desirable.
  • Exposure to complex, matrixed environments and cross-functional collaboration.
