Software Development Engineer

You'll work across the full stack — from backend infrastructure to frontend experience — driving technical initiatives that directly impact millions of job seekers worldwide.

What You'll Be Working On

Core Development

• Build scalable business logic for cloud-native backend services.
• Implement modern frontend interfaces using React and
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and data teams to deliver full-stack features.
• Continuously adopt new technologies and push the boundaries of what's possible.

Engineering Excellence

• Maintain, refactor, and migrate existing services for performance and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in on-call rotations and ensure system resilience.
• Continuously enhance developer experience and internal tools.

Technical Leadership

• Write detailed technical designs and lead architecture discussions.
• Align technical initiatives with company OKRs.
• Drive product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, including prototyping, A/B testing, and scaling.

Quality and Reliability

• Implement automated testing, monitoring, and observability (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Datadog).
• Ensure reliable deployments through CI/CD pipelines and structured code reviews.
• Own the quality and performance of every feature you ship.

Autonomy and Ownership

• Drive projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Communicate decisions clearly through design docs, Slack discussions, and team syncs.
• Take initiative to identify, prioritize, and solve key product challenges.

What We're Looking For

Strong Vibe Coder

You care about elegance, simplicity, and performance — not just code that "works."

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack applications.
• Proficient in TypeScript; experience with Python or Go is a plus.
• Familiarity with Supabase, Postgres, Firebase, and modern microservice architecture.
• Experience in React, , or Electron (optional)
• Hands-on experience with Docker, ECS, or Kubernetes.
• Exposure to analytics and experimentation tools (PostHog, Amplitude, Optimizely).
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, caching, load balancing, and real-time systems.
• Proven ability to write production-level code with robust testing and monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hackathon winner or equivalent builder experience.
• Deep experience with AWS, Kubernetes, or CI/CD automation.
• Knowledge of WebSocket, Server-Sent Events (SSE), and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with web scraping and automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium).
• Familiarity with BigQuery, Spark, Airflow, DBT, or data pipeline design.
