Opportunity Summary:

We're looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to join the FileBound Development team. The successful candidate will possess experience in application design and development. Th successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of C#, .NET Framework. They will develop a solid understanding of all the other Upland products to help support cross-product initiatives. What would you do?

• Analyze, design, and develop scalable solutions, primarily on the Microsoft platform.
• Work with 3rdparty vendors and SDKs to enhance the product and maintain existing integrations
• Work with quality assurance, support and Professional Services teams to fix any defects
• Perform debugging and troubleshooting of existing code base.
• Communicate with customers and internal resources to complete assignments to customer satisfaction
• Follow standard software development practices and procedures as laid out by the business unit and Upland
• Ideal candidate must have prior successful experience in managing geographically disparate teams. This person will quickly grow into a development leader with 12+ teammates within the United States, Egypt and India. These responsibilities will include participating in planning, managing multiple dev teams in terms of assignment and delivery, and monitoring progress of the individuals and the team.

What are we looking for?

Technical Skills

• 3+ years .NET & C# required
• 3+ years HTML and JavaScript required
• 3 years ASP.NET, MVC, Razor, or WebForms
• SQL Server and familiarity with T-SQL SPROCs preferred
• Angular, NodeJS preferred

Experience:

• 4+ years experience managing a geographically disparate development team delivering high quality on time Production deliverables.
• 4+ years experience in working closely with Product Management, Product Owners, and independent Quality Assurance team in developing executable development plans and deliverables.
• 9+ years in a business/technology role

Primary Skills: The candidate must possess the following primary skills:

• 3+ years HTML and JavaScript required
• 3 years ASP.NET, MVC, Razor, or WebForms

Secondary Skills: It would be advantageous if the candidate also has the following secondary skills:

• SQL Server and familiarity with T-SQL SPROCs preferred
• Angular, NodeJS preferred

Soft Skills:

Strong writing and verbal skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fully remote team without the need for a physical office. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative team environment with a diverse range of people and is passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience.

Growth Skills:

The candidate should have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter with a desire to grow, and consistently seek better ways to accomplish tasks.

Qualification

A business degree (or similar degree) is strongly preferred.

This role requires overlap with multiple time zones for planning meetings, status updates etc. on a regular basis. The duration of these overlaps can change depending on the type of meeting.

Upland India has some flexibility to manage your working hours accordingly to help in your work-life balance. We require the candidate to be online and available at a minimum between 9am– 1pm CST, Monday to Friday. This is to provide overlap with US working hours.
